My journey in technology didn't start with a technology degree; it started with a Gateway 386 and a curiosity that couldn't be contained. It grew through late nights hacking original Xboxes, installing early Linux distros like Mandrake and the first Ubuntu release, "Warty Warthog," and becoming the go-to tech resource for friends who were tired of the official help desk.

That passion evolved into a career. I've architected and deployed networks in data centers, built cloud infrastructure from scratch, and managed complex Microsoft 365 environments for both Windows and Mac users. I've seen it all, and I can confidently say: it takes a lot to intimidate me.

I started Tech Cavalry for one simple reason: I love solving problems. I saw too many small businesses struggling with overly complicated or unfairly priced technology.
